3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Additional grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Directions
Prepare the Meat Sauce:Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.Add ground beef and pork; cook until browned. Drain excess fat.Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, wine, basil, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.Simmer the sauce for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.Prepare the Cheese Filling:In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.Assemble the Lasagna:Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a
