The Runaway Drumstick

Telling tales that twist like noodles, Cypress and Kepler sketched goofy doodles. An animated tale on a flip book so neat, Featuring a fried chicken leg ready to eat. *(Verse)* But lo and behold, what a surprising feat, The chicken leg sprang out, not missing a beat. Fried Chicken on the run, a spectacular view, Out of the book and into the blue. *(Chorus)* Oh, that runaway drumstick, lively and quick, Hopped off the page with a flick and a kick. Dodging the fork, and stealing the plate, Leaving the brothers in a quizzical state. [Whistling interlude] [Bridge] The leg took a leap, from paper to life, Escaping the fate of the fork and the knife. Cypress just laughed as it fled from view, “Should’ve drawn salad,” Kep swore as it flew. [Verse] It danced on the table, yelling “fry guy, goodbye!”, The brothers roasted by the bird that can’t fly. “This can’t be real!” Cypress yelped in surprise, As the leg booked it out with a wink of its thigh. Dashing through the streets in a savory stride, A leg on a mission with seasoning applied. Cypress n Kepler in hot winged pursuit, Chasing jailbird poultry on a runaway route. Cypress and Kepler, with pens in tight grips, Wondered if more art would jump from the tips. In a black and white world, they make splashes of color, Inking creations, loud as thunder, art that's bolder. Cypress pens a pirate ship, sails catching the breeze, Kepler's maps seek treasure across the seven seas. Their characters spring alive, in tales brave and bold, A world of whimsy in their hands, a sight to behold.
