[Curious Spoken Voice} I encountered this adult dog tied with a chain to an abandoned house's fence. [Verse] Curled in, frozen and fur-covered eyes. Heart, broken. With sorrowful cries. I say "Hi", I see a slight wag of his tail. "Why so shy?" I hear the faint chime of a bell. [Chorus] Oh-oh, he sits and looks at me through soaked fur.
