Freedom in a Cup

Well, I flew on over to the land of snow, Finland they call it, where the cold winds blow. Folks seemed friendly, with smiles so wide, But their coffee habits drove me outta my hide. I asked for a large, a venti, a tall, They just kinda stared at me, that was all. One size fits all, that's the Finnish decree, And their cups are so small they'd make a sparrow pee. I craved that caffeine kick, bold and strong, To fuel my adventures all day long. But with sips so tiny, it felt like a tease, I was shaking and twitching, begging, "More, please!" I asked for a large, a venti, a tall, They just kinda stared at me, that was all. One size fits all, that's the Finnish decree, And their cups are so small they'd make a sparrow pee. Tried to order a triple, a jumbo, a lake, The barista blinked, like my head was at stake. They muttered 'bout "moderation" and a "healthy amount", I hollered back, "Freedom! And a super-sized count!" Now I'm back in the states where the coffee mugs reign, Mega-sized brews to soothe all my pain. But I learned a lesson on that Finnish shore, Sometimes less is more... but I still want more.
