Big Ol' Boat

I set out on the water, thought I'd catch a big ol’ fish, But my boat’s got a mind of its own, it’s made of pure mischief. The engine sputters, then it roars, and the waves just laugh at me, I’m not quite sure where I’m going, but I’m sure it’s not the sea! Oh, boats, boats, they never do what they’re supposed to, They steer you in circles and they make you think you’re lost too. I tried to navigate the stars, but it’s cloudy as can be, And my compass is doing donuts like it’s having a jubilee. The waves are high, the wind is wild, my hat’s been blown away, I’m trying to stay afloat, but it seems I'm in a bay!
