Skybound Blues

The horizon wide, my spirit's key In this dance of flight, I find my spree Over hills and vales, embrace the day In my flying blues, I'm swept away The props they hum a steady tune It's my heart and sky in sweet commune I take to the skies, oh, it's quite the view I see the world spin, as I barrel through So I got to share, oh, my FPV When my drone takes flight, there's a different me The clouds we chase, they don't run the show But they say that every bird's gotta feel that flow With my hands on the stick, steady and true I dive through the heavens with a bird’s-eye view There's freedom aloft in the wild blue yonder It's in every turn, every roll, every wander I feel the wind's whisper, and the sun's bright glow Soaring high above, with the world laid low I spiral down, dippin' through the breeze Lookin' at life from the tops of trees With every flip, every spin, every dive I'm reigning the skies, feelin' so alive The thrill of the flight, an untamed beast From the break of dawn, till the night has ceased
