Freedom may she ring

The Bent Wheat Daily Post Serial February 1, 2002 Address to the State of the Union Ladies and Gentlemen. Fellow taxing payers. In these difficult times, we need to focus our attention on the state of the Union of States, indivisible and dedicated to Freedom, may she ring. We must stand united in intent, and resolute in desire, because no matter the state; the upper states, the lower states, the altered states; there is not one, not one individual state in this union that is not fully represented. And I know of no other system on the face of this planet, that is more constitutional. I’m asking you today, to make a pledge to support the Belief Congress. I understand that at times it is difficult to support some of the individualistic and opinionated Beliefs as they filibuster for legislation. But it is darn near impossible to vote the incumbent bastards out of office, and they never seem to die on their own. I am lobbying for change, through the acceptance of all Beliefs, no matter what. So that perhaps, someday they will consider voluntary retirement, with a sizable pension and post office privileges. I enlist your support. Make a pledge today. Now let us sing.
