A to Z struggles.

Anxious I sit, with the letters ahead, Books full of words dance in my head, Confusion sets in as I try to recall, Doubt creeps in, will I remember them all? Each letter a hurdle I struggle to climb, Fumbling through them, one at a time, Grasping at sounds that slip from my mind, Hoping for moments when they’re easy to find. I try to remember, but they fade away, Jumbled and tangled, they lead me astray, Knotted thoughts make it hard to proceed, Lost in the alphabet, I fight to succeed. Memorizing them all feels like such a chore, Not sure if I can take much more, Overwhelmed by the weight of each sign, Pushing through, hoping they’ll align. Questions swirl in my tired brain, Relentless is this learning pain, Struggling to keep them all straight, Trying so hard, but I worry it’s too late. Uncertain, yet I keep on the track, Victory will come if I don’t look back, Wishing the letters would just make sense, Exhausted by this alphabet fence. Yearning to finally break through the wall, Zero to hero, I’ll conquer them all.
