Don't Change Too

I've written thousands of rhymes about my pain,now here is one about the one who took it away, i dont know what you did, but i feel that my inner kid, finally felt at peace,until she'd confuse monsters for trees,and watered them as the fear grew,if she's gonna lose anyone please don't be you, other's unevolved in their judgement of me,thinking im down and unhappy,someone melted my heart from stone,but i had to see i destroyed my place in my home, or i just realised i never belonged there, and i know they love me but do they really care, every monster under my bed and cruel voices in my head, are slowly slipping away since you came into my life, and i'm still happy as my back throbs from the knife, when my ultimate and greatest betrayal, was my community's antithetical portrayal, tell you about my rainy days but not my rainbow, looking at you like you deserve much better,and i love you even more than i thought i could,when you look at me like im understood,with the respect no one could even fake,for my happiness's and hearts sake,because they wouldn't think i was in pain,when im called out on my sensitivity and told to change,while wondering how my flaw is any worse than their lack of tact,its callous and hurts and for a matter of a fact, i love everyone that's around me, i've accepted that who i am they will never see, I am scared I will never be free, i hope you always see me, please always see me. i need you to see me.
