In our land bound to time and space Wandered a man at a haphazard pace Who fell down a well, a tragic mistake Into the realms of time, where eternity quaked. Sealed behind him was the well of ancient stone, As he ventured forth on his journey alone, Traveling through timelines, each one unique and strange, Discovering secrets and mysteries, his mind began to change. He witnessed the rise and fall of empires, the birth of stars, And learned the secrets of the universe, both near and far. With each passing moment, his knowledge grew vast, But the weight of it all began to take hold fast. In his quest for knowledge, he became wise but he knew at what cost for this prize, Still he pressed on, determined and bold, To find a way back, to break free from this eternal hold. He learned how to time travel, to bend the fabric of reality, And in doing so, he lost a part of his humanity.
