Blasphemous

O Penitent One, in silence bound, Through Cvstodia's hallowed ground, Thy blade, a sacred vow to keep, To wake the others from their sleep. In guilt and sorrow, thou dost tread, Amongst the living and the dead, A pilgrimage of pain and woe, To end the Miracle's cruel show. The Mea Culpa on thy back, A testament to what we lack, Thou cleansest sin with every swing, And to the silent suffering, bring. O chosen of the Grievous Miracle, Thy journey fraught, thy burden terrible, In fervent faith, thou marchest on, Until at last, the veil is gone. So sing we now, the hymn of strife, Of the Penitent One's virtuous life, May mercy find those who roam, And guide the sorrowful back home. GLORIA PATRI, et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto.
