I was walking in the street I keep thinking what you said to me. You was black and I was White Two different worlds, yet it felt so right. I still remember the first time It really felt so good Only Faded memories in your eyes now it's all through And now I'm left here standing, Trying to make sense of the truth, You turned away so easily, While I'm still lost in you. While I was painting dreams in color You were drawing lines in black and white I am sunk in this sorrow I keep looking at your photos for a while But I cant complain Even I cant explain It was so close, that feel But you made me live in a dream Why didn't it happen? It was so close but it didn't happen I keep dreaming trapped in this drawer My tears fall in the shower And now I'm left here standing, Trying to make sense of the truth, You turned away so easily, While I'm still lost in you.
