The origin of cheese is shrouded in legend that few know of.

A very fortunate accident occurred 8 to 10,000 years ago: Legends claim a middle eastern man, who used a sheep’s stomach as a milk jug, left his pouch in the Sun, spoiling the contents.
Unbeknownst to him; the enzymes of the stomach-lining curdled and coagulated the milk into a cottage cheese like goo.

Fueled by curiosity and starvation, probably, and with some of the greatest intestinal fortitude this planet has ever seen, this man courageously ate this funky gooey cheese. survived, enjoyed it, developed a process, and taught others how to make it.
An actual thousand people died of food poisoning this week. As humans attempted cheese making for the first time ever, and those who succeeded, went on becoming cheese makers and being alive.
