You lied through giving and you lied through pleading, You lied through courage, you lied through conceding, You lied through sobs and you lied through laughter, And most of all, you lied, when you lied with your hands. You lied through your skin when it touched me so tender, You lied through your eyes, its desire was just a lie, You lied through your kiss, and you lied through your lips, You lied through your tremblings, as you lied through fevered grips. There was a lie, in every second and month, every day and hour, There was a lie in every word and silence, There was a lie in every sigh and moaning, It all was a lie; it's just a loan all you'd given, For you’ve never lied — yet now: You have left me by.
