Meaningless! Life is meaningless That's what he said, the Koheleth, Everything is meaningless. What do people get? What do people gain? from all their labors Working under the sun every day Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever. All streams flow to the sea, yet the sea is never full. Where the steams all came from, Once again they'll go All things are wearisome, more than one can say. The eye never has enough of seeing, the ear is never done with hearing. What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which someone can say, Look, It's something new.
