북극에서 얼음 할아버지의 추억담을 들어며 바깥세상을 꾸꾸던 아리. 어느날 차가운 북극에 따뜻한 바람이 불어오자 물방울이 된 아리는 여행을 떠났습니다. 하지만 아리가 만난 세상은 얼음 할아버지의 이야기와는 너무도 달랐습니다.
쓰레기로 더러워진 바다, 점점 올라가는 지구의 온, 죽어 가는 생물들을 걱정하는 아리는 ‘내가 북극 얼음산으로 돌아간다면 지구의 온도를 식히는데 도움이 되지 않을까?’ 하고 생각했습니다.
수증기가 되어 하는로 올라간 아리는 다시 고향으로 돌아가는 꿈을 꾸며 눈을 꼭 감았습니다.
